SERVICE LEVEL "A"
| In the event of product failure, we provide free loaner equipment to the original owner for the useful life of the product. Delivery and return of loaner equipment will be at our expense. Pick-up and return of repaired unit will be at our expense during the warranty period and subject to a service charge during the post-warranty period. Cost of repair will be absorbed by us for the warranty repair and billed at prevailing rates for parts and labor when the product is not covered by warranty. |
SERVICE LEVEL "B"
| In the event of product failure, we provide no loaner equipment. The product must be delivered to our repair facility by the customer. We may return the unit to the factory for warranty service at our expense. Once repaired, we shall return the unit to the customer. Post-warranty repair and delivery will be billed at prevailing rates and must be paid for at the time the product is returned to the customer. |
SERVICE LEVEL "C"
| In the event of product failure, we provide no loaner equipment and we provide no local warranty service. Contingent upon our workload, the product may or may not be accepted by us for post-warranty repair. In all cases, the product must be delivered to our repair facility by the customer and paid for, once repaired. |
